Make up Favourites
1. Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation
This foundation is VERY heavy and therefore is most definitely a full full coverage foundation. It literally transforms your skin – it is insane! I remember taking a picture of when I only had make up on one half of my face and the differences is insane! My skin looks completely different. My only complaint is that it does really cling onto those dry patches and for someone with dry skin it isn’t ideal. To avoid this happening too much I have been mixing oil into to thin it out just a little.
2. Collection Illuminating Touch Foundation
I love this foundation for everyday use. I’d say its a low-to-medium coverage and like it suggests it gives you a healthy looking glow. They unfortunately don’t have many shades and so the lightest one is still a tad orange for me but nothing too noticeable. It blends really well and gives a very natural vibe! p.s it’s super cheap!
3. Bella Pierre Kiss Proof Lip Creme
4. Jeffree Star & Manny MUA Collab – Eclipse Highlight
This highlight is BEAUTIFUL. I had never tried any of the Jeffree Star highlighters before so I didn’t really know what to expect and on the first few uses I really was not wowed by it. I didn’t find that there was as much pigmentation as I expected there to be however I used a little setting spray on the brush first and it made ALL the difference. It is a lovely peachy toned highlight that I think would compliment all skin tones.
Fashion Favourites
I honestly think these two speak for themselves.
1. Navy Loafers
As soon as I saw this shirt I knew I had to own it. Of course this baby is from Zara and it was only £30 which I don’t think is too horrendous for the quality! It is much lower cut than I would generally go for or choose to wear but it is super soft and comfortable and great for those days where you want to look nice but not actually make an effort!
Movie and Tv Favourites
1. La La Land
“La La Land is a 2016 American romantic musical film written and directed by Damien Chazelle, and starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone as a musician and an aspiring actress who meet and fall in love in Los Angeles. The film’s title refers both to the city of Los Angeles and to the idiom for being out of touch with reality.” – Wikipedia
I’m not going to write too much about this film in case you guys want to go see it for yourselves! Its just an overall feel good yet sad film and I cannot get enough of it!
2. Archer
“Archer is an American adult animated spy sitcom created by Adam Reed for the FX network. The series focuses on the life and exploits of Sterling Archer, the self-proclaimed ‘World’s greatest secret agent’. The first four seasons focus on him working for the fictional spy agency ISIS, under his mother, Malory. Since then, they have become drug dealers, arms dealers, CIA agents, Private Investigators and most recently, post WWII detectives with the first episode taking place in 1947.” – Wikipedia
I’ve been loving binge watching this series. They are stupid yet funny and there is something about watching an animated series that isn’t for children that just makes you feel better! I got into watching this after loving ‘Rick and Morty’, ‘Bo Jack Horseman’ and ‘F is For Family’. It’s one of those shows that you’ll either love or hate!
