I’m going to start by saying I’m sorry for not posting very much lately! I did have my Bloggers Story Award set up for Tuesday but there was a mix up with the scheduling and therefore will be up either later today or tomorrow.
Welcome back to another fitness Friday! With exams being done I have absolutely no excuse but to get back into my good routine and I started off my week with another PT Session. I told my PT that I hadn’t been eating well and also not been at the gym for quite some time and so we got straight into the workout!
What We Did
5 minutes on the x-trainer
8 minutes (30/30 intervals) on the stair master
Assisted pull ups and dips (unsure of the weights)
I used the weighted ball at 10kg which you simply throw at the ground with force.
Box press ups (wasn’t feeling brave and still have ZERO strength for push ups)
Twists with weights
And some other arm and ab exercises that I’m unsure how to describe or the names for them.
This was such a tough session and I had to take some time out from feeling sick at the beginning. I think this was because of a mix between not eating very much and also losing physical fitness but I could be wrong!
I was extremely unprepared for this post and so haven’t weighed myself but will make sure to include it in next weeks post once I’m in the full swing of things and I’ll also have a new update on Jack who is doing amazingly!
I have another session with Isla on Wednesday and I’m going to try and write down exactly what I do with her and the weight I’m doing it at too.
